API data-use disclosure
Last updated 3 July 2026
Noma Intel connects to advertising platforms so agencies and their clients can see paid-media performance alongside their website analytics. This page states plainly what we access from those platforms, how we use it, and what we will never do with it. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
Google Ads API — Limited Use
Noma Intel’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
What we access
- Read-only advertising performance data for Google Ads accounts a user explicitly connects — for example campaign, ad group, ad, keyword, spend, impression, click, and conversion metrics.
How we use it
- Solely to display reporting to the account owner and the agency that manages that account, inside the Noma Intel dashboard.
What we never do
- We do not transfer Google user data to others except as necessary to provide or improve the reporting feature, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition disclosed to users.
- We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements.
- We do not sell Google user data.
- We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless the user gives consent, it is necessary for security or to comply with law, or the data is aggregated and used for internal operations in line with the policy.
Meta Platform data
Where a user connects a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising account, Noma Intel’s use of data from Meta’s APIs complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
What we access
- Read access to advertising performance data (such as campaign, ad set, ad, spend, reach, impression, click, and results metrics) for accounts the user connects.
How we use it
- Solely to display advertising reporting to the account owner and their agency within the dashboard.
What we never do
- We do not sell Meta data or share it with data brokers.
- We do not use Meta data to build profiles for advertising targeting outside the account owner’s own reporting.
- We do not retain Meta data beyond what is needed to provide reporting, and we delete it on account disconnection or request.
Revoking access
An account owner can disconnect any linked Google or Meta account at any time from within the dashboard, which stops further data access. You can also revoke access directly from your Google or Meta account settings. Questions: technology@nomaintel.com.
